Javascript Errors on insert..

Hi,

I'm trying to add Captcha to a form but when I use the menu, I get a Javascript Error as shown in the graphic attached.

I've deleted the cache file, uninstalled and reinstalled the extension with no improvement. The same behaviour is observed if I try to add a date picker (which I did for comparison.)

Am using the CC version of Dreamweaver CS6.

Any thoughts?

Andrew

In the Creative Cloud updates Adobe have Unexpectedly deleted the Objects/Forms folder from the configuration folder.

Here is a copy of that folder to place in the users configuration folder. see this page for details on locating the users configuration folder:

make sure the forms folder is in the configuration/objects folder.

the folder i sent to you definitely contains the formInsert.js file, so as long as you place it in the correct location, it will fix the error.
