Pro Support Form is Broken

Hello I'm trying to sign up for Pro Support and the form is broken. It ask for a phone # and when I enter a phone number, a validation pop-up says that
I have entered an invalid email address

Also, the security question is not working. It ask a question like "What is smaller 22 or 94" I enter "22" and hit submit and it gives me an error at the
top of the form stating the security question was incorrect. I understand that you are going through a crazy time with the transition of the website, but when someone gets a chance can you please help me sign up for Pro Support?
