Add "Unused" Option to search radio groups in DataAssist

When creating the search pages it would be useful if the radio groups had a "Not used" option that was = NULL whenevery they yes and no's are created. This allows you to not use them during the search... otherwise it is always 1 or 0 (yes or no) and you can't get both.

you have to edit the radio group after the search page is created to add a radio button with a blank value.

Yes, I know, and I do, what I am suggesting is that this functionality could easily be added by WA so that I don't have to do this everytime. For the radio groups to work as a Yes/No, this functionality needs to be there. ;)

I have logged a feature request, but i also wanted to include how you can implement this in the mean time.
