fix 'Unexpected error: -3

Started work in Dreamweaver 5 today and all of my WebAssist extensions ask for the activation number and when I cut and paste them, I get the "Unexpected error: -3"

Unexpected error: -3

I'm in the same situation as the original poster (pbutler432194). Dreamweaver CS5. Copy & paste activation number. Green check mark showing the code is good. Click on Activate. Unexpected error: -3. Please fix. Thanks.

UPDATE: I found in my account that I actually had 2 different activation codes; most likely because I purchased and returned this product sometime last year. So, I tried the previous code and that solved the problem. However, if you choose to resolve the issue of my having 2 codes for the same product in my account, that would be fine. The code I'm using now begins with h94oD. Thanks.
