unexpected error 0 in CSS Sculptor Activation

I recently successfully installed and had been working with CSS Sculptor for two weeks. Today I was opening Design Extender CSS Sculptor and was asked to activate the Design Extender software. This is the first time I have been asked for a serial number since successfully activating the software. I enter the serial number and I see a check mark at the end of the Serial Number and when I click on Activate, I receive a message "Unexpected error: 0." Nothing else happens or works and I have to hit the Cancel button to get back to my web page. And now after doing some quick testing is appears that I am being asked for the activation password in DataBridge as well as all of the extensions for Design Extender.

After Updating our website over the weekend, there was an issue with the SSL Certificate that caused problems with activation.

We are working on the problem and hope to have it corrected within the hour.

After updating our website over the weekend we found that product activation was no longer working due to issues with the sites SSL Certificate. This issue has been resolved, activation should now be working. Let us know if you continue to have a problem.
