Blank search fields should give me all records but it doesn't.

I have included a search form on my products_Results page, when I clear all data from the search form it seems to default to a one in the productStock which would equate to all items not in stock.

Here is the comparison list:

Worked it out.

I had the select list blank option as:


This doesn't work but this does:

<option value="">Select...</select>

Yes, the Default blank option needs to have the value blank.

If the value is not blank, the label is passed, so if you have:

the value that is passed with that selection is:

to pass a blank value, you need to specify a blank value
