Error in google map

Hi, in the page below I've added a form(email) and a map. I'm using DW6. The page is showing up on localhost but when placed on the server the map is not showing up.

The second query is whether we have to follow an order while adding both.

Third question is that when i tried to add the form email functionality with the page in place it kept showing error; but when i added the form first (on an empty page) then added rest it works...so am I doing something wrong?

Help would be highly appreciated...thanks

1) Please provide a link where i can see the problem to troubleshoot.

2) no, there is not a specific order that needs to be followed when adding both Pro Maps and Universal Email.

3) what is the error? i cannot comment on the cause of an error without knowing what the error says.

Hi Jason...
Thanks for the quick reply.

The link where you can troubleshoot is contact.php.

Unfortunately I didn't save the error messages which were shown when I tried to add form to the already completed page.

when i view source of your page, i see the following error:
<b>Warning</b>: include(webassist/google_javascript/wagmp_map_2.php) [<a href='plugins/function.include'>function.include</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in <b>/home/cap1ijip/public_html/contact.php</b> on line <b>98</b><br />

this means the webassist/google_javascript/wagmp_map_2.php file has not been uploaded to the server.

make sure to upload the entire webassist/ folder to the server.
