framework.php syntax error, unexpected T_STRING

I am getting the following error when trying to access the webpage that I created using the framework builder extension. Can you guide me in the right direction as to how I might be able to resolve this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/craigm/public_html/webassist/framework/framework.php on line 3

The live page is located at this URL index.php

I will attach a copy of the webpage itself for you to reference.
