Description not showing correctly in ribbon_fullsize

Client is using ribbon_fullsize and only a small part of the description is showing both under the large image and in the mouse-over popup

This is what is showing
The Path: $250.00, 6\

In the image record
$250.00, 6" x 8" x 2", For Sale

Materials: Buddha cologne bottle, vintage "Game of Life" board game

I have the same problem. The descrition text shows only some letters. For example: Winner of\.
What is wrong and what can I do?

Description not showing correctly

It should show: Winner of "Best Documentary Short" Bernhard Rammerstorfer with festival committee.
Heidi Minga, Shirley Duke, Bernhard Rammerstorfer, Susana Shattuck (right to left)
But it only shows: Winner of \
Thisi is the gallery link and please have a lkook at picture #22 description. In the Database it is right but it shows it wrong
