in the webassist/kfm/index.php page

find the following line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

hi Jason

Thanks very much for your quick reply - unfortunately that doesn't make a difference...

What PHP Version is the server running? What MySQL Version?

The KFM File Manager needs PHP 5.2+ and MySQL should be 5+

according to tech support:

PHP
php5 Version: 5.2.1

MYSQL
mysql Version: 5.0.77

... but I will double check with them tomorrow.

Le me know if anything else springs to mind in the meantime, thanks

Hi Jason - same happens here, but only after moving the files to the live server - local it runs on a windows XAMPP and live server is a linux VPS with SSL

I checked if <script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script> is set and it was ok.
I also checked about the magic quotes like mentioned in thread http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=27931 and they are as recommended set to off

Do I need to set special permissions on the live server? The upload folder has the same permissions like the other ones I use with WAFile upload SB

Updated: I tested on local server via SSL connection and got the same issue - without SSL it works fine - any suggestions of how this could be solved would be highly appreciated, as I can't run the site without SSL

Found a solution: in webassist/kfm/index.php replace

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.4.2/jquery.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.7.2/jquery-ui.min.js"></script>

hi Jason

Sorry to be a pain - I'm getting this error again on a different site but the previous support ticket you raised is no longer on my account.

"Please Wait - loading..."

Can you help again please - l'm guessing it might be the hosting restriction but not sure what to check for using phpinfo.php

many thanks

Can you post a url and login information so I can reproduce the problem? Better yet, with FTP information I can debug and probably fix it too.
