DataBridge/PowerCMS Admin access

Having finally cleared the minefield getting a Dynamic site started and then attempting to re-enter the PowerCMS/SuperAdmin page - I find there is no doco I can see that actually describes this? Lots of info on what to do once in the page - not HOW to get into the page?
Having it all open for 48 hours means never stumbling over process (or needing it) - but now cannot get back into the CMS SuperAdmin page.
URL anyone?

by default, i think the cms files are created in the admin_cms folder in the site root, so navigation to siteroot/admin_cms/ should find it.
