error msg

Hi, I searched for the terms I could think of that fit, but did not find a match, hence the new thread. My apologies if this has already been answered.

I have created 2 different forms for my site.

The first one works fine, and I was able to configure the email etc. No problems there.

The second form was created, using the first form as a template, which I then changed and saved as a different preset.

My problem is when I save the form to my page I get the following error msg: While executing findServerBehaviors in DynRadioGroup.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

I click on ok, and the form gets imbedded in the page. I then go into bindings to edit my universal email and all I get is a blank page for Create Email Message

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

this is the page that you experience the error on?

instead of saving it as a text document, can you compress the original php file to a zip archive and send that.

Just an update. I deleted the page and recreated it, along with completely recreating the form from scratch. I am having the same issue with the error messages and not being able to open the Universal Email interface.

What is your OS?

What Version of Dreamweaver are you using?

Do you have the latest extensions installed?

yes I have the latest version installed Design Extender 1.1.1

I checked and had both Design Extended and Data Bridge, latest versions installed. I did not however have ECart installed, so I installed it.

Then I tried to reinsert the form...

Now, all my pre-existing forms, saved as presets do this (please see attached screenshot)

eCart cannot be installed last.

you should install in this order:

eCart
Design Extender
Data Bridge.
