First Name Transaction Fail- error message

eCart v5.0.6, Authorize.net test account.

<p>Cardholder First Name:&nbsp;<br />
<b>Parse error</b>: syntax error, unexpected ';', expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '{' or '$' in <b>/home/content/32/9092632/html/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php(119) : eval()'d code</b> on line <b>1</b><br />

Not sure if it's the ";" next to $ItemProperty? Removed and still got the error above.

Here's Line 119 of WA_eCart_Definition_PHP.php and I'll attach the files.

eval("\$retStr = \$this->Items[".$this->DisplayIndex."]->".$ItemProperty.";");

Thank You!

in the shipping failure page you have this code:
Cardholder First Name:&nbsp;<?php echo $eCart1->DisplayInfo(""); ?>

the error is caused by this piece:
DisplayInfo("")

that should include a Cart column name like:

Cardholder First Name:&nbsp;<?php echo $eCart1->DisplayInfo("Quantity"); ?>

That fixed Cardholder First Name. Thanks!

Still getting "Authentication Failed" Message, though.

I went through the WA Support Doc (Debugging eCart Transaction Failed issues) and don't see anything that can help me.

Any ideas??

I'm not getting ANY error messages now.

Just "Authentication Failed" message.

Also, there is No XML to go off of in Browser> View Source (Per 'Full Response' option)

Thanks, Again

It looks like you are on the shipping failure page.

open the bindings panel and expand the binding group for your shipping provider and add the full response and full request bindings for the shipping.

On shipping Failure pg. I did as described, however I am getting the most general of all error messages: "A fatal error occurred in the rating routine."

I received '0' on:

Response Code Shipper (FedEx): 0

Error Code Shipper (FedEx): 0

Error Description Shipper (FedEx): 0

Still nothing on Full Response. Not that I care, as long as I am getting feedback of some sort, I can work with.

As always.. thanks a ton for quick replies. Very grateful.

hmm, it may be that the account info for the shipping lookup is being rejected completely.

If the Account info is not correct, the shipping lookup server may return failure with out any information since it is simply not allowing you to access the server.

double check the account info you entered for shipping rate look up to make sure it is valid.

I imagine it's the 'checkout wizard.'

Any idea how to get back to that and on what page?

I could not figure it out.

Thx

for the shipping, you would need to edit the shipping lookup server behavior on the confirm page.

open the confirm page then go to the server behaviors panel and locate the shipping lookup server behavior and double click it to edit the settings.

FedEx says I have things pointed to their "Live" server.

When, what I want to do is "Test", first.

Who, doesn't?

Do you know what to do here?

I've plugged in the normal FedEx issued Test- Security Key, Password, , Account Number & Meter Number stuff on the WA software wizard.

If you could kindly advise on my next (best) move to test first, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

you would need to edit the WA_eCart/WA_eCart_FedEx_PHP.php file:

find the following line:

php:
$FedEx_Server = "https://ws.fedex.com:443/web-services/rate";

and change it to point to the testing address.
