Progress bar on forms not using spry validation

Hello since spry validations dont work correctly on HTML5 and internet explorer i have been forced to omit the cliente side validation from the data assist wizards in data bridge, i have use now jquery validationEngine just for the cliente side, but using it has kind of a problem with the progress bar so i added on my header

html:
jQuery(document).ready(function(){
jQuery("#Insert_espuma_adm").validationEngine('attach', { promptPosition : "topLeft", scroll: true });
jQuery("#Insert_espuma_adm").bind("jqv.form.result", function(event, errorFound) {
if(!errorFound) {
alert("There is a problem with your form");
return WADFP_SetProgressToForm('Insert_espuma_adm', 'Insert_espuma_adm_ProgressMessageWrapper', WADFP_Theme_Options['BigSpin:CaboSunset']);
}
})
});

The only problem with this is that the progress bar is at the end of the form and this code has to go on the header can any one point me a correct way to implement this? cause this just updates or inserts but does not display the progress bar
