databridge writing pages with errors

I'm trying to use databridge to create a login suite. I'd done this in the past with Security Assist. My first surprise is that it doesn't ask me what template I want to use. So it doesn't use any template, which I could live with. The pages are plain, fine. However, they seem to be full of malformed html. When I look at them in Dreamweaver, they have those yellow tags indicating mismatched divs and so on. When I put the pages to the server, they're full of mistakes, like things that should be in code spilling out into text. Things like this:

I created a database and Dreamweaver has a successful connection to it. I can create record sets and see the tables via Dreamweaver, so I know I've got the connection set up properly.

I'm using Dababridge 1.1.3 and Dreamweaver CS5.5. Any idea what could be going wrong?

Thanks for your help.

what other extensions, including the version numbers are installed?

The description sounds like you may have a conflicting extension installed.

Did you install eCart after installing Data Bridge?

eCart cannot be installed last, data bridge must be installed last.
