Inserting a row using Data Bridge/Spry forms

What is the best way to insert a row when using a form created with Data Bridge, without having to go into code view to copy and paste? I thought I asked this once, before, but, if I did, I can't find my post!

Code view, and copying and pasting is really the best way to add a new row to the form.

Or use the Insert -> Layout Objects -> Div tags, to recreate the div structure that is used by the other rows.
