update pages not updating

Hey Jason

I have a table in the db which has 1 row and 3 columns.

The 3 columns are Contact, Sent and Details.

What I am trying to do is have a separate update page for each of them which is accessed via one results page.

the results page is working fine and shows the content from the database for each of the columns.

the update pages, on the other hand, arent working when update is clicked......when you get to the relevant content is displayed but when you click update it just doesnt update the database with the fresh content and retainsthe original content...

have attached the update pages as well as the results page.

if you place the cursor in the address bar and click enter to reload the page again, does it show the updated content?

If yes, then the problem is code order.

move the recordset after the update record behavior.

nope.. that doesnt work. have also moved the recordset to make sure

also, I get this error on all 3 pages:

Warning: Header may not contain more than a single header, new line detected in C:\xampp\htdocs\dawn\admin_cms\contact_update.php on line 83

I have tried with both line 83 included and removed (header("Location: ".$WA_redirectURL);)

thanks

Jamie

am trying to get this site live so you can check it out as per the support ticket but the install is 'failing' at step 4 (ERROR: Failed to save the settings in the database. Please verify your database connection.)

have checked the connections, they all are ok...

Have checked the wa_settings table and thats there with the correct username and password

have removed and re-uploaded and reinstalled the site files twice now and still getting the error at stage 4

EDIT:
no idea how, but it seems to have fixed 'itself' .... went to try one last time and it just passed through stage 4 with no problems. could it be a cache issue as the only thing that changed was that I had rebooted my machine?

anyways, files uploaded etc in the support area
