Undefined index error

Hi,

I'm recreating my contact form, and emails are sent alright, but I get below errors, and it doesn't take me to the thank you page.

I read the thread to solve Undefined index, I don't think there's any empty space or line. I'm wondering if I'm missing anything? Or orders of coding?

I attached my contact form file and waue_rw_19_2 file in txt format.

Any help would be appreciated!

in the webassist/email folder, delete the mail_php.php and mailformatting_php.php files.

on the server behaviors panel, double click the UE server behavior, then click OK. This will regenerate those files.

make sure to upload the new ones to the server.
