Blanc page after updating Menu

Hi,

had to make an adjustment in CSS menu writer on a certain website (version 2.0 did not update to 2.0.6) After uploading the index.php I got a blank page.
can someone help me with this problem?

Thanks, PeterL

You really should upgrade to Menu Writer 2.0.6.

a blank page means that a php error is occurring but error reporting is turned off.

to turn error reporting on, add the following code at line 1:

php:
<?php

error_reporting
(E_ALL);
ini_set('display_errors','on');
?>

once we know what the error is, we will be able to troubleshoot the cause.

Jason,

thanks for your reply!
it is not clear to me in which file I need to paste this code?
further I dare not reproduce the error because this site is too important for the customer.
So i hope there is another way to solve this issue.

the code should go on the page that is displaying blank.

I need to know what the error is in order to troubleshoot it.

Without knowing what the error is, I have no way of knowing what the cause may be.

Jason,

i upgraded to 2.0.6 and have placed your code in the index.php, line 1.
Result was (still) a blanc page and when i looked into the source code of the page that was also blanc!?
