Error when inserting Captcha

I'm getting an error when I try to insert a captcha to a WA Form.

Can you provide some more details please.

What are the steps you are taking to produce the error?

What extensions, including the version numbers are installed?

What is your OS?

I can see that you are using DW CS6, is it the Standard version, or the Creative Cloud version?

MacOSX 10.8.2, CS 6 Standard version

I've created a form with DA and tried to insert a Captcha via WebAssist > Form > Insert Captcha. The the error pops up.

I've attached the extensions list.

What extensions including the version numbers do you have installed?

In DW CS 6, you should have the following extensions, and they should be installed in the listed order;

eCart 5.0.7
Design Extender 1.1.1
Data Bridge 1.1.3

I've reinstalled all the latest extensions but I still get the same error

if you continue to have a problem, can you send a copy of the page you are trying to add captcha to, it may be something specific to your page.

I've recreated the form for DA create pages but still got the error. I've also created a complete new, different form and received the same error.

Doesn't look to be page specific.

By the way. If I continue and change the color in the Captcha configuration window, DW crashes ...
