HTML editor within Data Bridge

I don't know what the issue is, maybe windows 8, maybe Dreamweaver CS6, but i have upgraded, removed & re-installed, deleted .dat files, re-booted my computer about, each 10 times for each type of solution that I've just listed in the last week for multiple issues. While any one issue may be small but the wide-spread unreliability is giving me a literal headache.

While I have had momentary success with most if the issues, Data Bridge has seen me spending more time trouble shooting than actually developing.

Currently anything I have tried to insert HTML editor into a page a dialogue box comes up saying:
Unable to open file "C:\Program Files (x86_\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\Configuration\Objects\Forms\formInsert.js" (error 2)

After 6 hours plus of trying to fix, I am out of ideas, and am wondering if databridge was worth the upgrade.
Please help.

In a recent update to the DW CS6 creative cloud version, Adobe removed the Objects\Forms\ folder unexpectedly.

See this thread for a copy of that folder you can add to your users configuration folder to correct the problem:

HTMl adjustment

You can also try an alternative that worked for me; Using Adobe's product and when needed I resort to the HTML Editor from www.easywebcontent.com ;

Connect to my host , open the html content edit and publish; i can always download file back from my CS6 dreamweaver and do further updating and switch between the two apps.
