Forms

I currently use i3dthemes web template for my site. I created a form in a .lbi page on the site that gets distributed to all the pages.

Question 1: The webpage autosizes to the device being used iphone, ipad, etc. Now that a form has been inserted into a box on the website it does not autosize with the rest of the page. Is there a way to make the form autosize with the rest of the webpage?

Queston 2: Once I inserted a new form for simple Login and Password I do not know how to connect to mysql database.

1) You would need to edit the css for the form so that it will auto size, by default the form style will not auto size, you need to add the Css for that.

2) add the Security assist Login server behavior to create the login functionality.

CSS component for autosize forms

I see in the code where there is a call made to the css element. I also see a width definition in that div tag BUT I do not know what I'm doing wrong. I have changed the <fullColumnGroup> div class width in the fd_newfromblank_default.css code to various numbers to see if I can detect a change and after executing I am not seeing a change. Suggestions?

There will likely be other elements that also need to have the width settings adjusted.

Use Fire Fox and the Fire Bug extension to access elements on your page and see the CSS that is effecting them., you can also play with the css settings directly in the browser to see the changes before making them in the CSS file permanently.

Firebug

Excellent tool! Thanks. Below is a link to Firebug that helped me understand more about it.
