Server validation not working on contact form

Hi,

We're having problems with the server validation code not firing on a contact page. Basically the CAPTCHA code is firing an error, but the SHOW IF behaviour and the persistant values are not being executed. I've attached the files in the zip folder.

We have uploaded the entire webassist folder to ensure that no files were skipped, along with the page itself.

Any help is appreciated

you need to specify the POST method:
<form name="form1" id="form1" action="" method="POST">
