html5 framework builder

I tried setting my dreamweaver (CS6) prefernces so that new document is html5, but now when i try to create a new page with theme in framework builder, i get an error saying that there are regions in the document with no corresponding region in the new template. (document head).

Is there a way around this without manual editing ?

What doctype is the template that the theme is based on?

you should use the same doctype for the template and for the pages that use the theme.

i started again, just to be sure

In dreamweaver preferences, i set new php document type to php 5

i then saved the document as a template,

i then opened framework builder, and tried to create page with theme, and got the error i outlined before

are you using the WebAssist -> Framework Builder -> Themes -> Create Page with Theme access point to create the page?

the zipped file is a basic page i created in dreamweaver and saved as a template.
template.jpg is a screenshot of the error.
template2.jpg is a screenshot of the javascript error which occurs if i subsequently click 'cancel'

Select the Document Head region, then in the Move to new region, select the head section.

Thanks, that gets me a working page, but title tags and <meta charset="utf-8" /> are repeated on the resulting page unless i delete them afterwards
