Product not found

An occasional problem has cropped up.
When a client goes to historycrew.php
and selects an unassigned crew member they are taken to the store and sometimes receive "Product not found". The workaround has been to search once in the store for the desired crew member and than the product is available for sale.
I say "sometimes" because that has been my experience. The client in question had the experience consistently.
The only client reporting this problem so far was on a Mac using Safari.
I attempted to replicate the problem on Safari but couldn't. I did replicate it using Firefox.

An unrelated problem. Logging in for me in Firefox is not possible. Logging in in Safari is.

I'll need steps to reproduce the problem in order to troubleshoot the cause.

when they get the Product Cannot be found message, What product link are they clicking?

And what is the full address in the address bar?

i cannot troubleshoot a problem without being able to reproduce it.
