Improve your login system

Every time I try to download the extensions in my client area, your system throw out and asked me to reinsert the username and password.

Same thing with payment ticket area... after complete to fill the form, if I click on submit button your system kill me!
Only after more attempts, I can obtain the extension or send the ticket.

I try to delete the cache of my browser (safari), change the browser (chrome, firefox) but... nothing! ... it is very annoying.

I can confirm this is happening in the ticket system. It will throw me out at least twice before I can answer in the system.

Same problem here.
Additionally could you please extend the time being logged out to 2 hours at least?
30 minutes as it seems to be right now, is a bit too short.

I made a change to our Load Balancer on Tuesday the 19th in an attempt to address this issue.

Have you experienced issues since then or were you just commenting on this post because it has happened to you in recent history, but NOT after Feb 19?

You could be right, that after Feb 19th the problem did not occur anymore.

I had a ticket today and didn't see the throw out issue. Thanks so much for fixing it!
