data bridge

I am receiving this message when i start data bridge.
<<While executing onLoad in WADA_Main.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
In file “WADA_Main”:initializeUI is not defined>>
and when i close dreamweaver i get that message
While executing onLoad in WAFW_Shutdown.html, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
In file “WAFW_ Shutdown.html”:initializeUI is not defined
I have uninstall the extensions and delete the win cashe.

After uninstalling and installing 3 times it is working.
Thanks any way.
