How do I turn off or adjust the maximum allowed image upload, right now it is set to 1024 x 798

Where are you encountering this limit? When uploading a product image? or when adding an image to a content area using the file manager toolbar?

that is set in the webassist/kfm/initialize.php file;

php:
$kfm->defaultSetting('max_image_upload_width', 1024);

$kfm->defaultSetting('max_image_upload_height', 768);

Where is this folder, I'm not seeing it where the file is located I'm not seeing /kfm/
