Error message on forgot password

When sending email for forgotten password I'm getting these errors reportd. Can you help please? I've attached a zip of the relevant files.

The Email still seems to be sent though.

I'm now getting thrown back into the forgotpassword.php page with the error message "Email failed to send. Please confirm your email settings with your hosting provider."

mail.dealearning.co.uk is correct and the email IS being sent and received.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.
