Css menu drop down issue

I created a menu using Css Menu writer and I added a drop down with links. When I try to click on the drop down when previewing it instantly disapears when the mouse hovers over the drop down.

Normally, this happens when viewing the menu in IE if you don't use a pixel measurement for the width of the menu items.

In the menu settings, make sure to specify a width for the top level and sub-level menu items using a pixel measurement, IE will not work correctly if the width is left blank, or set to auto.

if you continue to have a problem, i'll need a link where i can see your menu.

Here is what Im working with.

I don't understand why the menu drops down but disappears immediately. I'm previewing it in chrome and Firefox as well, however, it still does the same thing.

It's impossible to troubleshoot a problem like this without being able to see it in a browser. I would need to see the menu in a browser to be able to troubleshoot design problems like this.

Is there anyway I could get help with this?

Thank you. We can screen share or something.

screen sharing is really a terrible way to troubleshoot this sort of issue, it is much better to troubleshoot directly in the browser.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

CSS menu dropdown issue

Did this issue ever get solved? I have the same problem in ALL browsers (Firefox & Safari, haven't tested in IE yet).
