Universal Email defaults to Blank Template in Email Body section

When re-entering server behaviours on previously created contact form emails in Server Behaviours, the Email body section defaults to 'blank template' when I previously created a page with dreamweaver that was sent and worked. It creates this blank template and the 'link' to my previously created mail page is ignored. So basically my contact form is broken.

I also get the error on image attached. So I can not edit any of my old mail forms in server behaviours. I have not even tried creating a new mail yet.

Make sure you have Dataa Bridge 1.1.3 installed. if you have a previous version, be sure to uninstall it from the extension manager before isntalling the newer one. also make sure to Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
