Paypal button not working

I'm almost ready to make the site live, however when I try to use the Paypal button on the checkout page, it just reloads the checkout page. I can pay by card in the section below no problem. I have tried in both Test mode and normal mode, but same problem both times.

The other question I have is regarding emails when a purchase has been made. The customer gets their order receipt, registration, email verification emails but no email is sent to the site owner when a purchase is made. There is one that is generated by Paypal when a payment is received, but shouldn't there be something sent from the site as well?

In the Power Store admin section in the settings, there is a section for store emails, you can set the receipt CC or BCC option to send a copy of the receipt to the store owner.

for the paypal button issue, I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

I am experiencing the same thing for paypal button not doing anything. The bottom part of the form is fine.
