Hello,
I created an insert form with an Image upload, everything works exept the upload failed but it's only when I use a template. Without a template it works ?????

make sure that the forms encoding type is set to multipart/form-data image upload will not work if the forms encoding type is not set properly.

if you are still having problems, make sure that the page does not redirect to another opage after attempting the upload, then go to the bindings tab, expand the WA Uploaded Files Global status and bind the Debug info to the page. after trying an upload, this should give some information on what went wrong. Please post a URL so we can investigate the problem.

multipart/form-data

Hello,

The encoding type goes automatic to multipart/form-data, I changed the Format from the Server file Name in Encode raw URL Encode this was the first try and it works ?

Don't know why but who care's

Was this in the DataAssist insert record server behavior?

I could see this needing to be done if the file you are uploading has any special characters in the name.
