ecart redirect not right

For some reason, my ecart add to cart button is not directing to the correct page.

I need it to direct to:
cart.php

but instead it is directing to:
cart.php

When selecting the cart redirect with the add to cart button I am selecting the file within dreamweaver that coorelates to cart.php.

I have attached the dreamweaver page for your reference.

Attached Files
cart challenge.zip

Here is the web page that does the incorrect redirect:
tagscrystal_resize.php

I have also included a zip file of the dreamweaver page.

to go from:
/shoppingphp/tags/tagscrystal_resize.php

to:
/cart.php

it needs to move down 2 directories.

the redirect is only moving down 1 directory:
$ATC_RedirectAfter = "../cart.php";

chage that to:
$ATC_RedirectAfter = "../../cart.php";
