Multiple entries displayed

I have a site that returns data from a database, and each entry is repeated 5-6 times....its the same entry, just repeated multiple times. Please help!

thank you for the link, but i also need a copy of the pages. I need to be able to see the php code in the pages. Compress the pages to a zip archive and attach the zip file to your reply.

IT looks like you table has duplicated data in it.

not all of the entries are identical, similar, but not identical. for example:

Brothman Beth Andover Borough 07821-4525 Sussex 3-24-12
Brothman Beth Andover Andover 07821-4525 Sussex 3-21-09

they look similar, but they are slightly different. it appears there are records in your Certified_Planning_Officials that have similar data in them
