PowerCMS - No Return ability online IE 10

I ran into a problem where my return key would not register in the text field while editing a webpage from PowerCMS in Internet Explorer 10 (Windows 8). Site settings is using PHP5 and everything appears to work in IE 9.

Anyone else with this issue?

This looks to be a bug with CKEditor and IE 10. CKEditor have not released an update for IE 10 compatibility yet.

CK Editor Release

Hi Jason,

CK Editor looks to have made an updated release that works with IE10. The skins look sharp too.

Here is the update track...

use the 4.0.1.1 download link, then rename the /webassist/ckeditor folder to ckeditor_back

copy the ckeditor folder from the download to the webassist folder to replace the old one.

from the ckeditor_back folder, copy the following three files:
ckeditor.php
ckeditor-php4.php
ckeditor-php5.php

and paste them in the new ckeditor folder.

you will need to clear the browsers cache to see the updates take effect.

There is a newer version availbale at this time.

you can download it by going to the CKEditor download page:
http://ckeditor.com/download

click the CKBuilder link. In CKBuilder, select the Full Preset, and the Kama skin.
