How should I do this ...?

I have a form that collects a name and email address. When submitted I want it to insert a record into the DB to collect the 2 fields. Then I want to send that person an email that uses the id that is created from the insert as a text value in the email. This should be easy, right?

add the data assist insert record to the page to collect the data from the form.

In the store as section, make note of the name of the session that will be crated, use that session variable in the email body.
