Sending Multiple Emails

Hi Jason

I'm having trouble sending multiple emails. What is actually happening is that the same customers details are being sent multiple times. So the recordset is displaying 6 customers with emails but only sending the 1st customers details out 7 times.

Ive had a look at numerous posts and they all seem to be for a different issue. I tried adding the code <?php global $RecipArray; global $RecipIndex; ?>, which Ive seen a few times as a suggestion for fixing the problem. It didnt work, but then maybe I was doing it wrong.

you are using about 3 different recordsets in the email body, this wont work.

to pull information specific to the person being emailed in the email body, you need to use the same recordset that is used for the to address loop, that is the only recordset that will advance through each record, the other recordsets will not.

Since you are trying to use data from 3 tables, you will need to use a join query to return the related data from each table in one recordset.

Thanks for your reply, I went over everything with a fine tooth comb. I removed all but one recordset and then updated it to include the Left Joins. It is much tidier, but unfortunately it is still not looping through all the records. It is just reproducing the first record every time. I have attached the updated files so you can see the changes that I have made.

I did test it without the left joins altogether but it was still doing the same thing

In the to settings, try increasing the amount of time between emails
