KFM File manager hangs when trying to browse server

KFM File manager hangs when trying to browse server

Anyone else having this problem? The file manager works fine when editing pages, and then at some point, it starts hanging every time we try to browse the server to upload an image or other file. Please let me know if there is a fix for this?
Thanks

Sean

so most of the time it works, but after a while it stops working?

Sounds like a browser memory leak to me, not an issue with the file manager.

What browser are you using?

try using Safari or Fire Fox.

It had worked for about a week, and then quit. No browsers work with it. I have tried it on 4 different machines, with safari, firefox, IE, after my client had let me know it wasn't working. Not an intermittent problem. sorry. I was unclear. Once i hit the "browse server" button, the kfm page comes up, and sits on "please wait, loading..."

in the webassist/kfm/index.php page

find the following line:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php/can-minify"></script>

and change it to:

<script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

Please Wait - loading...

File manager - Kae's File manager:

The above windows says please waiting loading but nothing happened. This problem occurs when uploading trying to insert an image to a newsletter in PowerMessenger.

I was not able to fix the problem on one of the url using the online resource with this code; <script type="text/javascript" src="j/all.php"></script>

BUT it is not working one of the my other website! Please help.

Thanks

Did this help? Tips are appreciated...

Is there a solution to this issue? I tried what Jason mentioned above... It seems that the line is already changed in the newer version. However, I am just getting the following message when I click on Browse Server: Please Wait - loading...
