Who owns what?

Who owns what?

I have a client using PowerStore who is in the process of (I think) taking over the site in its entirety.
I'm moving all files from my server to his.
What responsibilities do we each respectively have in regards to use and licensing of PowerStore and any other of your products that may reside therein?

you own the license to power store, and have provided it for use on your clients domain.

I assume you set it up for the client to manage the product catalog, so that would be their responsibility, your responsibility would be to maintain the software (install updates that are released) on the domain.
