e-cart activation error

I have attempted to activate my e-cart software and am getting the following error each time I try:

Unexpected error 2, Activation cannot be completed

I have reset my activation in the control panel but am still getting the same error.

Would appreciate some help

activate your eCart4 software

Dear Sirs
I am trying to simply activate your eCart4 software, but when I put in the correct serial number your program gives me the message that it CANNOT find my internet connection for activation.

I have tried this on 2 different internet providers and switched off my anti-virus and firewall protection but your software still states that it CANNOT find the internet connection.

Could you please inform me how I can get your software to work.

Hi
Before Christmas I had problems activating and loading your software due to it not finding my internet connection.

You emailed a license.dat file to place in the Dreamweaver 9\Configuration folder

Upon doing this I was able to load your software as a managed extension to my Dreamweaver CS3 software and thus bypass your software’s constant requested for activation.

But when I now try to use the eCart4 software (eCart object Add) I am again greeted with the Web Assist online activation window that again states ‘NO INTERNET CONNECTION DETECTED’ even when the internet is provided through a proxy server.

Is it possible to inform me of how I can use your software, so that I do not have to contact you every time I try to use one of its commands?
