error message WA_Memento.htm

After installing DataBridge, DreamWeaver CS6 starting showing a warning message, "Unable to find the WA_Memento.thm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The Floater will not be shown." Before installing the DataBridge Extension, I uninstalled several WA Extensions with the Adobe CS6 Extensions manager. Also, whenever a Dreamweaver CS6 file is saved, a " While executing onLoad in WAUE_afterSave.htm the following JavaScript error(s) occurred; In file "WAUE_afterSave: cmdRun is not defined" warning is displayed. Hope someone can help.
