Show blocks border in ckeditor

The client's site has a blue background in the cms areas so I've applied the same blue background in the content.css file to try to create a WYSIWYG ckeditor editing window. This works fine until you click the "show blocks" icon in the toolbar which adds the block borders.

The borders are almost invisible agaisnt the blue background because they are dotted and I've been trying to find the style where I can change this to a darker colour and/or solid border but no success so far.
Do you know which style contols this border?

I dont see a way to change the style for the show blocks option, It is generated in the JS and cannot be over ridden.

Was able to do this by finding the fragment which controlled the colour of the show blocks border in ckeditor.js

Took a long time to find because ckeditor.js is a big file and minified but worth the effort as the show blocks function is valuable for the client when editing content.

Then had to change the text colour from grey to black in the small png images which display the html tags in the top corner of the show blocks area.

The client now sees the blue background in ckeditor which matches the background of the cms areas of the site and can also see the show blocks areas and their tags.
