Plug-inDuplicated

Hi
I have some code which is duplicated when I include it as a plug-in.
Can't see what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate some help.

The code i want to include is here cookies_eu.php and looks OK

but it is duplicated after I include it as a plug in. cookie_test.php

Any help really appreciated.
Clive

the cookies_eu2.php page is not a full HTML page. It is missing the doctype, head, title and body tags. The pages you use as plugins should be full stand alone pages, not just HTML code snippets.

since the head and body tags are missing the plugin is added to both the head section and the body section, cause it has no way of knowing which section it should add to
