Menu doesn't work on Live Page

Thread began 11/05/2012 4:46 am by Henrik | Last modified 11/10/2012 1:02 am by zuffster370186 | 789 views | 3 replies |

Menu doesn't work on Live Page

On my testing server the menu works fine but on the live server I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /homepages/.../.../htdocs/neu/arbeitsordner/webassist/framework/framework.php on line 3

I guess this "framework" - feature is a new function since I don't know this from other menus I 've installed ... also on the menu.php page I can't specify the local and remote root like I 'm used to do ...

How can I solve this?

Getting Parse Error

When I view my page with the CSS Menu Writer menu on localhost, the browsers display it just fine. When I upload it to the live web hosting server, I get the following Parsing Error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/www/ on line 3

I have attached the following documents index.php, menu.php, framework.php

Disregard my last message. I found in another post that the parsing error in framework on a live web server (not localhost) occurred because the php setting on the server must be php5 or greater. Mine was set at php4. Problem solved!
