Asking for activation again and again

Hi.
Last month I am facing a strange issue.
Everytime or every twice a time I start DW CS6 (Creative Cloud) and try to use one of Webassist's extensions it asks me to activate them. As a result I am activating each of Webassist's extension I am trying to use 3 - 4 or even more times a day

What is your OS?

I have seen this happen once or twice on a Mac system where there was only one user defined. To correct the issue in that case we created a new user for the system and that caused the registration to stick.

Is there a known issue or something?

Hi.
My problem continues. Even worse I cant reset activations more than once a day. So, for example, now Dreamweaver asks, once more, for Online Activation of Design Extender but I cant do it because already have done reset this day. As a result I cant use your extensions. I believe problem started when installed Free Tools.

PS. Is it possible to activate the reset button for me, or reset my activations because I need to work but cant.

what was the order you installed the extensions in?

I suggest installing in this order:
eCart
Free Tools
Design Extender
Data Bridge.

I deleted the activations for Design Extender and Data Bridge from our system for you.

Looking at your activation logs in our system, it looks like the Physical Address for the active network card is changing.

this can happen ass a result of VPN Software that creates a virtual network card on the system. The activation is based on the physical address for the network card, if this keeps changing it causes the activation to expire. Without a steady physical address for the network, there is not a fix for this.

There is no vpn that I am aware of, unless something is happening on my ISP side. What "physical address" are you seeing so that I can track this down.

I do not remember this happening previously, it is a new issue and I have been using WA products for some time now.
