PayPal View Cart Button

When I check my store any View Cart button I place in always show my Cart empty. I created my buttons off of PayPal's site then copy the code into Dreamweaver. Then I was trying to use your View Cart button and the cart is always empty. Is it because I have my View Cart button in different form tags on the page? Is it because my value for my "pal" button is different than my value for my hosted_button_id?

Found out because I was using the same browser to check on the cart items, I guess my cookies were not keeping up. Works fine in other browsers.
