Power CMS installation complete but now just a blank screen

I followed the video "Creating a Content Management System with Design Extender" on you tube. However when i get to the stage when it says installation complete, i just get a blank screen. Everything was ticked as being complete, database ok etc. Only error i get is in dreamwever on the website where it says content area not found. Also it says an "unknown error occured while discovering dynamically -related files" and to press retry. Press that & just comes back to the same thing.

Please help.
