CMS Content area edit - default full view of conent?

When I log into the CMS editor to edit a content area, I can click on the down arrow to have more of the content area displayed on screen prior to editing it. Is there any way to have the default be like the down arrow has been clicked already? Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

on the admin_cms/common/load_content.php page, change the following code:

php:
<div class="expandBottom"><?php echo $row_content['ContentValue']; ?></div>

    <div class="expand-image"><img  src="../images/down-arrow.png" class="expand-content" onclick="expand(this)" align="texttop" title="Expand" alt="Expand" /></div>

to:

php:
<div class="expandBottom expand-down"><?php echo $row_content['ContentValue']; ?></div>

    <div class="expand-image"><img  src="../images/up-arrow.png" class="expand-content" onclick="expand(this)" align="texttop" title="Expand" alt="Expand" /></div>
