when coupon code is not chosen get msg on confrim.php

When all seemed to be working, coupon code working from database, coupon number posting to orders db, and coupon cannot be resubmitted, I did some testing.
First of all, I did add another coupon db for percents off, and that is working. Now, I notice that when I do not enter a coupon code or I enter a code from the percentage db, I get the following msg:
Notice: Undefined index: PromoCode in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/megan_isaacs_cms/confirm.php on line 143
I know it refers to how I have the code posting in the orders db. So I attempted to go into the eCart database summary for the orders table and I got one message:
"it appears that one of your server-side values is improperly coded. Please check the interface for inconsistencies"
I click ok several times and get another message, which is on the uploaded screenshot. Then everything freezes and I have to force quit DW. I am sending my confirm.php and the screenshot of the second message.
Thank you,
K

I am having the same issue when coupon code is not entered. If coupon code is entered, everything works.

In the future, please don't post your question multiple times, it just causes un-needed noise in the forums.

Sorry Jason. When I posted my question, I did not see it in my account. So I went back and resubmitted.
